1. How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation for the packages above, please email to golf@apakaba.com.sg in the following format.

(a) Name of Package (eg. 4D3N Kunming Golf Safari)
(b) Date of Play
(c) Date/Time of Departure & Date/Time of Return

(d) Full Names of ALL Passenger (as per the passport)
(e) Passport Number
(f) Date of Birth
(g) Passport Expiry Date
(h) Nationality
(i) Gender


2. What is the cancellation policy?
(-) A S$500.00 per person deposit upon confirmation of flights.
(-) Full package fare to be settled 2 weeks before departure date.
(-) Strictly no changes to the itinerary after confirmation.


3. What if I have non-golfing friends travelling with me?
We will have packages for non-golfers as well.
Please email to golf@apakaba.com.sg to ask about our non-golfers rate.


4. How do I settle the payment?
We will ask for your credit card details as a guarantee after all the arrangements have been finalized.
Actual payment for the package will be collected 2 weeks prior to your departure.

Cash or cheques are preferred. An additional 3% of the full package fare will be levied for Visa or MasterCard Payment.
We do not accept AMEX cards.


5. The courses / hotels that I am interested are not listed here. How do I get a quotation for that?
We can tailor the packages according to your preference.

6. Are the rates above applicable for public holidays?
The promotional rates above will not be applicable for public holidays.
